Terms & Conditions

Models must be 18 years of age or older.

Contestant must fill out all forms and submit prior to event.

The Participant agrees to provide current, complete and accurate information.

The terms and conditions contained herein and the terms of Contest Announcement apply to the contest by Dmax Entertainment. You agree to abide by the Terms in its entirety. If you do not agree to any of the Terms you should not use this service. Dmax Entertainment reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time.

Dmax Entertainment or its Affiliates shall be entitled to use, in any manner, the name, photographs and other details of the Participant or any other participating person, likeness and status in any publication including the Prizes awarded to them. By participating in the Contest, all Participants hereby agree to the same

Dmax Entertainment or its Affiliates has sole rights on all the photographs clicked & submitted & has the right to use any of the photographs for any future use or promotion.

Each Participant must ensure that his/her participation is lawful and is in accordance with the applicable laws.

An incomplete entry form or on-line registration by a model is liable to be rejected. Any decision taken by Dmax Entertainment for rejecting any entry shall be final and binding and not subject to any dispute or challenge.

Any charges regarding traveling will have to be borne by the Models.

Makeup Charges Will be borne by Us.

The models hereby waive all rights and grant to Dmax Entertainment or its Affiliates a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual worldwide license to copy, modify and otherwise use and distribute their submission entry and, or, any element of the submission, in any and all media and in any publication whether online, offline or on the Internet. Dmax Entertainment shall also be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such submissions or materials for any purpose.

Dmax Entertainment or its Affiliates does not make any commitment, express or implied, to respond to any feedback, suggestion and, or, queries of the Participants or furnish any reason or explanation for inclusion and, or, exclusion of any particular submission of the Participant.

The decision on the Participants selected by Dmax Entertainment or its Affiliates shall be final and binding and no correspondence or communication shall be entertained in this regard.

Dmax Entertainment or its Affiliates shall not be responsible for:- (a) any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures of any kind or any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reasons and (b) other conditions beyond its reasonable control.

Dmax Entertainment or its Affiliates will not be liable for any damage or loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from personal injury or death, or loss of, or damage to property, which is suffered or sustained in connection with the contest or the prize, except to the extent that the liability cannot be excluded by law.

Dmax Entertainment or its Affiliates also reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue with the Model Agreement at any stage without any liability whatsoever to the Participant and, or, anyone.

In addition to these Terms and Conditions, other specific terms may be imposed by Dmax Entertainment any time to deal with any unforeseen situation. Dmax Entertainment also reserves the absolute right to change the Terms and Conditions contained herein and, or, any other rules and regulations in respect of the Contest at any time without any notice, without assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to refer to such other terms and conditions, if any, which may be displayed on-line or intimated separately as Dmax Entertainment considers fit. However, no obligation is cast on Dmax Entertainment to separately intimate each individual Participant with regard to such additional terms and conditions.

You agree that you are legally capable to enter the hunt and agree to the Terms and that you are competent (i.e. you are of sufficient age and mental capacity) and eligible to enter into legally binding agreement or your parents have consented to your entry and use of these Rules.
