Once in a Week Skin Care Tips

Everyone loves to have beautiful skin; here are some fast and natural tips to get fair skin.

1: Remove Tan and get shine skin.

1 Table Spoon Powder Milk

1 Table Spoon Honey

1 Table Spoon Lemon juice

1/2 Table Spoon Almond Oil

Now mix them all until its turn in to a past, when it is done with the mixing procedure apply the past on your face for 10-15 minutes and after that wash it with warm water and see the results.

2: Naturally Fresh skin.

Take some almonds, Neem leafs, Turmeric, sandal wood and in the last some poppy seeds. Now blend them in a paste using 1 to 2 table spoon milk so it can be applied to your face. Apply it on your face and let it dry. When its dry remove the dried mask by massaging your face in circular motion and wash your face with warm water.

3: Fair Complex.

Soak 4 almonds overnight, in morning remove the skin of them and grind then perfectly add 1tea spoon gram flour. One tea spoon milk and 4 drops of lemon juice mix it and massage. Regular massage of this will give you a long lasting fairness.

4: For Dry skin.

As Winter is starting, Most People face dry skin problem for them Apply a mixture of equal amounts of cucumber juice and honey on the face and whole body. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash off.

Get Bad Smells Out Of Your House without Air Freshener

Everyone loves to get their homes smell beautiful. But currently there are too many air fresheners in the market but it cost you! Why don’t you make your own one? And save your money you might be thinking I am joking! Well no I am not.  Ok let me show you how to make your own home made air freshener.

The air freshener I am going to make is easy, inexpensive and safe for the environment. To bring an inviting sent from the doorway all you need is couple of pieces of cinnamon and some orange peels.

Take a saucepan fill it half and place the saucepan on the burner and add the cinnamon and orange peels in it and set the temperature as low as you can on your stove. The cinnamon combine with orange peel will add a lovely smell to your home.

For stubborn smells take some white vinegar and water, put them in a spray bottle 1 part of white vinegar and 5 parts of water. Spray all over and see where is that stubborn smells..

Does your fridge smell scare people away? Here is a tip all you need is some coffee grand a paper towel and a rubber band. Put one a hand full of coffee grand’s on the paper towel fold and tight it with rubber band places it in the fridge and that’s it!

Throw those all chemical sprays and try these green smells. These will give you natural and fresh smell.

Do you ever wake up in the morning felling exhausted ? Would you like to sleep like a baby…! Here I am going to show you how to find elusive good night sleep.

Here are some things you need to do to get a elusive sleep. All the stuff running what we have to in the mornings have to do this and that, go there and make this and all that stuff dancing in our head do not let us get a good sleep.  We can cut up and the best way to counter that really is to make a to-do list write it down by yourself that will release your tension and you can get a healthy sleep.

In short take all dancing things out of your head on a page and that physical removal will work and your mind will let it go.

You also have to stop working against yourself; people think taking a novel on bed is great or sitting on bed and watching TV, all no good for falling asleep it will going to keep you awake. Everyone should make their bed to be sleep zone. No one wants to bring their work on their bed keep making it a sleep zone. Try to keep your mind relax in time spare time you have in the day. Make a rotten of yourself, you can’t just fall on bed and expect that sleep will come. Sometimes you need get a warm bath or a warm cup of tea do something to get the stress out of your body.

Tapes and water fall music are really effective they can provide you sleep very well. These are really good things to do. You should get some exercise but not close to the bed time get some day light do not use caffeine after 3:00PM you do not have to just GO Go Go…! And expect that you just go to bed and go to sleep you also have to develop good habits throughout, Try to go on the bed on same time every day and wake up in the same time every day as well even if it is a week end..

Keep yourself and your body use to a rotten so it should be healthy and active.

We All like to live a healthy lifestyle. Weather that means healthy exercise or kicking a nasty habit or losing weights but how do you get started?

Well let me explain you some things to get started. Do you know for health or wait lose one of the most important things you can do is fill half of your plate with fruits or vegetables with every meal, what that does is helps keeps your calories under control and it also insure that you are getting plenty of fiber Vitamins and minerals with your diet which helps to control all your risk factors for disease like Heart disease, Cancer and it can even keep your skin looking wrinkles free, smooth, glowing and healthy.

People usually break there appointment with Doctors. That is not good you should sit-down on you the day you are free and schedule your appointments on your calendar and go out for your checkup on the date you have schedule with doctor do not be lazy in this matter. Weather the appointment day is your birthday even then does not miss it. Make sure you are getting the care you need to catch a problem before it becomes a real problem.

Research has shown stress has become a factor in a lot of disease, everything from catching a cold to developing Cancer to developing heart disease Even depression. So it’s very important to take time for yourself during the day. It can be anything that you enjoy, doesn’t mean that O I need to get a massage or I need to officially relax. It can just be what you enjoy. I   personally not be happy If I am not reading my favorite novel. I just sure that I just have one with all the time whenever I have couple of minutes  I just pull it open and it makes me happy and release the stress and I think every buddy should have special like that.

Walking is one the best exercise. You can do it any where it’s easy to do.  For this exercise you do not have to be super athlete. Just 10 minutes because walking is best for your heart even slow walking is good for you it’s good for your health its good for your weight control. Select stairs instead of elevators park your can a little bit further away from the entrance of your office or mall and walk even these little thing doing can add up your day.

Decorate your Walls With Stencil

Many people think walls just can be simply full painted but now there is a new way which is called Wall Stencil.  In this you can decorate your kitchen walls, living room walls, on any other wall which you like to be look beautiful with some drawing on it, this is called wall stenciling.

Wall Stencils are easily available in the Market.

Today we are going to let you know how to decorate your walls with Wall stencil you will need

1: wall cutting edge stencil

2:  A dense foam roller with rounded ends

3: A stencil brush

4: Latex or acrylic paints

5: A large Styrofoam plate

6: Low tack Painter’s tape

7: Paper towel

First make sure your wall is clean and dust free, its best to stencil over a flat paints coat. Position your stencil on the wall where your design and secure it with a few pieces of low tack painters tape, Now pore some of paint in the Styrofoam plate which you have selected, Load your foam roller by rolling it over the paint over a few times, press on the roller as you roll it over the paint so it observe the paint evenly.

Now blur out the excess paint on the folded paper towel by rolling it back and forth couple of times to prevent paint seepage under the stencil. Now roll the stencil with your roller using liter to medium pressure do not press to hard so the paint might seep under the stencil also be careful to not roll over the outside edges of the stencil. When you are done with the portion covered with the stencil remove the stencil. Removing is the most exciting part of whole process; remove the stencil slowly so the blue tape dose not accidently pull of any background paint. Now let’s move stencil over and do it again. This simple process will really transform you walls.
