Egg Pakoras

 Hard boiled eggs 6 Pieces
 Baking soda ¼ tsp
 chilli powder 1tsp
 ginger garlic paste 1tsp
 gram flour (besan) 1cup

 oil to fry
 salt and pepper to taste to taste

Directions
Make a very thick batter by mixing gram flour, chili powder , ginger garlic paste ,baking soda and salt with water.
Cut the eggs into 3 pieces .Dip each piece in the batter and fry till golden brown. Make sure the egg is well coated with a thick batter else the egg will explode wherever it touches the hot oil.
Serve with ketchup or chutney.
