Fried Potatoes With Caramel Sauce

For Ramadan Fried Potatoes with caramel recipe for your

Ingredients:
1. Boil Potatoes- ½ kg (cut into small cubes)
2. Cumin- 1tsp
3. Black pepper-1tsp
4. Salt- 1tsp
5. Red chilly- 1tsp
6. sugar-1tsp
7. honey-1tsp

8. lemon juice-1tsp
9. lemon juice- 2tsp
10. salt- as your taste
11. fresh coriander-1 bunch chopped
12. cooking oil- 1 cup

Preparation:
1. Deep fry the potatoes until light brown. (max 3 to 4 min).
2. In a bowl add mustard powder, red chilly powder, salt, cumin powder, black pepper, sugar and honey and mix it very well.
3. In a bowl put the oil and add all this mixture in it and turn down the heat very low, until the sugar melt and look like a creamy shape or sauce shape.
4. Now glaze the potatoes with this creamy /sauce very well. Sprinkle the lemon juice on it.

Your Fried Potatoes with caramel sauce is ready to serve
